If your clinic performs National Disability Insurance Scheme services, then this screen will help you configure the different funders (such as NDIS) and the various services or service bookings you offer. Then under the PATIENT INFORMATION screen users can assign NDIS plan dates and values per patient.
Under NDIS Funding Sources, click the ... box to enter which funding sources will trigger the NDIS service booking tracking. If the funding source you require is not listed, then add the funding source within CONFIGURE SYSTEM SETTINGS > PATIENT > Funding Sources (Co Payers)
Next, to add a new Service Booking, click the ADD icon.
SERVICE BOOKING - Enter the service booking description.
INACTIVE - To inactivate a service booking, click this field.
Click SAVE to store the changes.
Click EXIT to close the window.A
