The WARRANTY EXPIRY REPORT lists all hearing aids (or non-hearing aids that have a serial number assigned) with a warranty expiry date which falls within the specified date range. Note that serial numbers that have been returned via RETURN INVOICE will not appear on this report. Serial numbers that were returned by removing the detail line from the original invoice will still appear on this report. Devices which have had their warranties extended will show the new extended warranty date on this report.
The screen prompts are:
ALL LOCATIONS - When this box is checked, “ALL LOCATIONS” will display. Individual locations cannot be selected when this is checked. (Location permissions are based on Application User setup)

WARRANTY TYPE - Select to run the Warranty Expiry Report on Manufacturer Warranty Date, Loss and Damage Warranty Date or Both Manufacturer and Loss and Damage Warranty Dates.
STARTING DATE - Enter a starting date for the record selection.
ENDING DATE - Enter an ending date for the record selection.
INVENTORY TYPE - (This option is only visible to clinics that are configured to use "serialized processing".) Select to view the warranty expires for only hearing aids (products that belong to a Product Type that is designated as "Hearing Aid"), only non hearing aids (any product that belongs to any other Product Type that is marked as "serialized") or both.
Click CONTINUE to run the report using the selected criteria.
Click EXIT to close the window.
