The Hearing Aids On Loan Report shows how many Loaner Aids are associated to patients within a date range are due based on the DUE DATE of the loan. The report can be printed or exported to excel. This report is designed to only report on serial number which have NOT been sold. This means if a loaner aid has been sold, it will not be included in this report.
The screen prompts are:
ALL LOCATIONS - When this box is checked, the description “ALL LOCATIONS” will display. Individual locations cannot be selected when this is checked. Location permissions are based on Application User setup.
LOCATION - When this box is checked, “ALL LOCATIONS” will display. Individual locations cannot be selected when this is checked. Location permissions are based on Application User setup.
STARTING DATE - Enter a starting date for the record selection.
ENDING DATE - Enter an ending date for the record selection.
REPORT OPTIONS - Indicate whether report is to be printed or exported to excel.
Click CONTINUE to run the report.
Click EXIT to close the window.
