User Activity Log

The User Activity Log  keeps a record of which functions have been accessed by which users on an ongoing basis. This record purges itself automatically to only show the most recent 6 months (180 days) of activity for each user.

 

To run the User Activity Log, select the data criteria for the report log.

 

The screen prompts are:

 

ALL LOCATIONS: Check this box to run the User Activity Log for all locations.

 

LOCATION: Select a single location for which to run this User Activity Log.

 

ALL USERS: Check this box to run the User Activity Log for all users.

 

USER: Select a single user for which to run this User Activity Log.

 

STARTING DATE: Select a starting date for the User Activity Log.

 

ENDING DATE: Select an ending date for the User Activity Log.

 

REPORT TYPE: Select a Summary or Detail format for the User Activity Log. (The Summary format highlights how many times each menu option was accessed.  The Detail format shows each menu item accessed {in order of when it was accessed}, including the exact time each menu item was accessed.)

 

REPORT OPTIONS: Select to print the User Activity Log as a report or to Excel.

 

 

 

Click CONTINUE to run the User Activity Log based on the selected criteria above.

 

Click EXIT to close the window.
