The Specialist Signatures function is designed clinics that use the WACOM 430 V/G digital signature capture (see Signature Capture Set Up). Clinics can upload a digital Specialist Signature to any selected SPECIALIST and that Specialist can then have their signature appear on HSP CLAIM forms (Australia only.)
The screen prompts are:
SPECIALIST NAME - From the drop down menu, select a specialist you wish to capture, view or delete a signature for.
SIGNATURE ACTION - Select whether you wish to Capture a new signature, View an existing signature or Delete an existing signature for.
Next press CONTINUE to perform the selected action.
Press EXIT to return to the previous screen.
