Remove Document Signature

Editing of Invoices with a Patient Signature capture is not allowed. In order to remove a Patient Signature from a document, the REMOVE DOCUMENT SIGNATURE needs to be performed.

 

The screen prompts are:

 

DOCUMENT TYPE - Select whether you wish to remove a Patient Signature from an Invoice, Repair or HSP Claim (Australia only.)

 

DOCUMENT NUMBER - Find or select the document number you wish to remove a Patient Signature from.

 

Press CONTINUE to remove the Patient Signature form the select document.

 

Press EXIT to return to the previous screen.
