The PERSONAL DATA EXPORT allows clinics to provide a record for the customer of all data regarding that customer. This export option will create an XML record of the Patient or Patient Lead file as requested and zip it up with all the attachments so that it can be sent to the patient or patient lead.
The exported file will contain:
Demographic details
Invoice dates
Visit Note dates
Patient Reports
Audiograms
Attachments
The screen prompts are:
PATIENT OR LEAD - Select whether you wish to create a data export for a patient or a lead.
PATIENT NUMBER - Select the patient or lead to create the export for.
Press CONTINUE to run the export.
Press EXIT to cancel and return to the previous screen.
