Patient Report Categories

Users can define that Patient Reports used in Simply Hearing belong to Patient Report Categories. In PATIENT REPORT CATEGORIES, users can design which categories reports can belong to.

 

To add a new Patient Report Category, press ADD.

 

ID - Give the Patient Report Category a unique ID.

 

CATEGORY NAME - Indicate what the Category Name will be.

 

INACTIVE - If this Patient Report Category is at any time no longer active, click INACTIVATE to suppress it from drop down menus in the future.

 

To edit an existing Patient Report Category, highlight the category and press CHANGE.

 

Click CHANGE to make any changes to existing Patient Report Categories.

 

Click SAVE to store changes.

Click EXIT to close the window.

Once Patient Report Categories have been created, Patient Report Templates (CONFIGURE SYSTEM SETTINGS >  PATIENT > PATIENT REPORT TEMPLATES) can be assigned and created for these report categories.
