Campaign Codes

Campaign Codes can be applied to patient files, sales documents and appointments and are used on the CAMPAIGN REPORT to track the usage of Campaign Codes.

 

Use the ADD button to add new Campaign Codes that can be applied to patient files, appointments and sales.

 

CAMPAIGN - Enter the name of the Campaign Code.

 

START DATE - Enter the start date the Campaign Code is valid for.

 

END DATE - Enter the end date the Campaign is valid until.

 

MEDIUM - From the drop down list, select the Medium if applicable. (Mediums are maintained in Medium Codes. CONFIGURE SYSTEM SETTINGS > PATIENT > MEDIUM CODES.)

 

RULES - Click into this field to assign specific rules about when this campaign can be applied and where this campaign can be applied.

 

LATEST FITTING DATE - Select the date range for this campaign. (Note if a patient has different left/right fitting dates, the latest left/right will be used.

 

LATEST APPOINTMENT DATE - Select the date range for latest appointment for this campaign.

 

LATEST INVOICE DATE - Select the date range for the latest invoice date for this campaign (Note includes ALL invoice types.)

 

AGE - Select an age range for this campaign.

 

EXCLUDE CAMPAIGN SENT DATE - Select the date range to exclude patients/ leads from who have had a campaign sent to them within this date range.

 

HSP MAINTENANCE EXPIRY DATE - Select the date range for HSP Maintenance Expiry within for this campaign.

 

HSP VOUCHER EXPIRY DATE - Select the date range for HSP Voucher Expiry within for this campaign.

 

LATEST FITTING CLAIM DATE - Select the date range for Latest Fitting Claim date for this campaign.

 

LATEST APPOINTMENT OUTCOME - Select the date range for Latest Appointment Outcome for this campaign.

 

FUTURE APPOINTMENT - Select this to ensure this campaign is only for those patients/ leads who have appointments dated today or later.

 

ON MAILING LIST - Select this to ensure this campaign is only available to patients who have indicated they wish to receive mail via their patient/ lead record.

 

INACTIVE - Check this inactive box when the Campaign Code is no longer valid and should no longer be applied to patient files, sales and appointments.

 

 

To delete a Campaign Code, highlight the Campaign Code and press the DELETE button.

 

Press SAVE to save the Campaign Codes.
