Patient Report Templates

Clinics accessing Simply Hearing Software via an Open Client (a web browser) can create and use HTML based documents. (Users using our MFC client will have these options grayed out and unavailable.) Within PATIENT REPORT TEMPLATES, users can create report templates to be accessed and stored within Patient records.

 

Create commonly used HTML Patient Report Templates by clicking ADD.

 

DESCRIPTION - Create a description for this Report Template.

 

CATEGORY - If Patient Report Categories (CONFIGURE SYSTEM SETTINGS > PATIENT > PATIENT REPORT CATEGORIES) have been configured, users can select to which report category this new report template will belong.

 

CREATED BY - The user logged into this menu option will be assigned "created by" credit when adding a new report template.

 

There are a variety of HTML options that can be used within the body of the report template.

 

Enter the body of your report template and use the icons below to format as required.

 

Select to Undo/Redo changes.

 

Select to Cut/Copy/Paste/Paste as Text.

 

Select to format Headings/Inline/Blocks/Alignment.

 

Select Font Family and Font Sizes.

 

Select Bold/Italic/Underline/Strikeout.

 

Select Text Color/Background Color.

 

Select Left Align/Center Align/Right Align/Justify.

 

Select Bullet List/Numbered List/Decrease Indent/Increase Indent.

 

Select to insert a table.

 

Select to Add or Edit Select/Add or edit a Radio Group/Add or edit a Check Box

 

Select to Insert or Edit a link.

 

The SELECT TAG button will allow you to insert PATIENT INFORMATION fields into your document. From the selection list, highlight the PATIENT INFORMATION TAG you wish to insert and press OK.

 

Once your Report Template has been saved by pressing CONTINUE, the REPORT TEMPLATE becomes available within PATIENT INFORMATION under REPORTS (note only available for Manage browser based users.)
