The PATIENT BIRTHDAY REPORT is a list of patients born within a selected month.
The screen prompts are:
SELECT BY - Chose to run this report by LOCATION or by REGION.
REGION - Region selected will appear or can be selected here.
LOCATION - Select which single location or multiple locations for which to run the report. Location permissions are based on Application User set up.
SELECT MONTH - From the drop-down list, select the month for which the report is to be printed.
REPORT OPTIONS - Select to print or export the report to Excel.
Click CONTINUE to run the report using the selected criteria.
Click EXIT to close the window.
