Appointment Booking Report

The Appointment Booking Report allows users to run multiple options on appointment information.

 

Select the location and specialist for which the Appointment Booking Report is being run. This report can be run on a particular appointment reason or multiple appointment reasons. Additionally, specific or multiple appointment statuses can be selected. Users can also specify appointments booked by a specific users or by multiple users.

The screen prompts are:

SELECT BY - Select to run this report by Location or by Region (Accounting or Report Region.)

REGION - If running the Appointment Booking Report by region, select which Accounting or Reporting Region for which to run the report.

LOCATION - To run the report for a specific location, select the location from the drop-down list. Select "<All>" to the report for all locations. Users can also select to run for select locations by choosing "<Select>" from the drop down list to be presented with a selection window of locations to include in the report. Note that locations displayed are based on the scheduler location permissions of the user signed in.

APPOINTMENT REASONS -  To run the report for a specific appointment reason, select the Appointment Reason from the drop-down list. Select "<All>" to run the report for all Appointment Reasons. Users can also select to run for select Appointment Reasons by choosing "<Select>" from the drop down list to be presented with a selection window of Appointment Reasons to include in the report.

ALL SPECIALISTS - To run the report for all specialists, click this box.

SPECIALIST - To run the report for a specific specialist, select the location from the drop-down list.

ALL APPOINTMENT STATUSES - To run the report for all appointment statuses, click this box.

APPOINTMENT STATUS - To run the report for a specific appointment status, select the appointment status from the drop-down list. Appointments with the appointment status of "CANCELED" will appear on this report when running either on ALL  or appointment status'.)

ALL APPOINTMENT OUTCOMES - To run the report for all appointment outcomes, click this box.

APPOINTMENT OUTCOME - To run the report for a specific appointment outcome, select the appointment outcome from the drop-down list.

ALL USERS - To run the report for appointments created by all users, click this box.

USER - To run the report for appointments only created by a specific user, select that user from the drop-down list.

INCLUDE PATIENT TYPES - Select to include only patients on the report by selecting PATIENT, only leads on the report by selecting LEAD, both patients and leads by selecting BOTH, only non lead or patient appointments (such as meetings or lunch) by selecting UNASSIGNED or all of the above by selecting ALL.

INCLUDE TELEHEALTH - Select YES to include Telehealth appointments, NO to not include Telehealth appointments or ONLY to only include Telehealth appointments on this report.

PRODUCTIVE ONLY - Check this box to only include appointments that are marked as "PRODUCTIVE". (Within Appointment Reasons clinics can configure each appointment as being productive.)

OUTCOME RATING - If utilizing Appointment Outcomes, select whether to include outcomes only deemed successful but selecting SUCCESS, only outcome codes deemed as a FAIL or those outcome codes deemed as NOT APPLICABLE. (Outcome Ratings are managed within Outcome Codes.)

DATE TO USE - Select whether run the report based on the date of the appointment or the date the appointment was created. (For example, running the appointment by the created date allows you to access how many appointments were created within a specified period.)

STARTING DATE - Enter the starting date for the report.

ENDING DATE - Enter the ending date for the report.

REPORT OPTIONS - Select to print the report or export the report to excel.  If running the report to Excel, more columns of information will show, such as additional patient information on each appointment and sales amounts on invoices that were associated to each appointment.

 

Click CONTINUE to run the report with the selected criteria.

Click EXIT to close the window.
