To configure NOAH integration using the Synergy module, please contact the Auditdata (Client Services Department).
NOAH users can use the Synergy Module to import and export audiograms between NOAH and Manage. Within NOAH, Synergy users will see the following icon. This icon launches the Synergy module.
Synergy acts as a communication path between NOAH and Manage. When in a Patient file in NOAH, two buttons appear within the Synergy module. One to "Export Data From Noah" and one to "Import Data Into Noah". The "Export Data From Noah" will push audiograms from NOAH into the select patient file in Manage. The "Import Data Into Noah" button will allow users to import a desired audiogram from Manage into NOAH.
The audiogram sharing between NOAH and Manage only occurs via this manual export/import function.
Note: For the first integration between Synergy and NOAH, one patient must exist in NOAH. Otherwise an error will occur. Patients must exist in both Noah and Manage and must have the same DOB and gender.
