The Manage Noah Audiogram Inquiry function allows users to process any audiograms created in Noah that were uploaded into Manage via the NHAX Import utility or Bridge. Users are able to search for any Pending audiograms by adjusting the Starting and Ending Dates. Within the Errors tab, users may view any audiograms that may have failed during the import process and the reason for the failure.
To process any pending audiograms, click on the PROCESS button.
To clear any pending audiograms, click on the CLEAR button. This will remove any pending audiograms and you will only be able to recover them by requesting the audiograms from Noah.
