The LEAD IMPORT REPORT is designed to display leads imported into Manage via a LEAD API by a selected criteria.
The screen prompts are:
LOCATION - If running this report by LOCATION, select the specific location for which this report is to be run. Select either <ALL>, to run for all locations to which your user id has permissions, <SEL> to run for select locations to which your user id has permissions, or select one location from the list to which your user id has permissions.
FROM IMPORTED DATE - Enter the starting date for this report or leads imported after "this" date.
TO IMPORTED DATE - Enter the ending date for this report or leads imported before "this" date.
REPORT TYPE - Select to run this report in either Summary or Detail format.
LEAD CREATED - Select "Yes" to run this report on ONLY lead imports that successfully created a Lead. Select "No" to run this report ONLY on leads that did not successfully create a lead. Or select "All" to includes both successful and non successful leads that were imported.
VALID LEAD - Select "Yes" to run this report on ONLY lead imports that have no original errors. Select "No" to run this report ONLY on leads that do have original errors. Or select "All" to includes both valid and not valid leads that were imported.
Click CONTINUE to run the report using the selected criteria.
Click EXIT to close the window.
