Within Goal Specialist Types clinics may set up the Goal Types they wish to track on Patients within the PATIENT INFORMATION screen under the GOALS tab. The GOAL REPORT was designed to report on Patient and can be run within a selected date range to provide details on any or all Goal Statuses.
The screen inputs are:
LOCATION - If running this report by LOCATION, select the specific location for which this report is to be run. Select either <ALL>, to run for all locations to which your user id has permissions, <SEL> to run for select locations to which your user id has permissions, or select one location from the list to which your user id has permissions.
ALL PATIENTS - Check this field to run this report on all patients.
PATIENT NUMBER - If running this report for a specific patient, select that patient number here.
DATE TO USE - Choose whether to use the overall goal date or a specialist goal date.
STARTING DATE - Enter the starting date for this report.
ENDING DATE - Enter the ending date for this report.
GOAL SPECIALIST TYPE - To run the report for a specific Goal Specialist Type, select the Goal Specialist Type from the drop-down list. Select "<All>" to run the report for all Goal Specialist Types. Users can also select to run for select Goal Specialist Types by choosing "<Select>" from the drop down list to be presented with a selection window of Goal Specialist Types to include in the report.
SHOW FULL GOAL - Click this option to be presented with all the goal details.
ALL STATUSES - Click this option to run the report on all Goal Statuses.
NOT ACHIEVED - Click this option to only run the report on NOT ACHIEVED goals.
EMERGING - Click this option to only run the report on EMERGING goals.
ACHIEVED - Click this option to only run the report on ACHIEVED goals.
Press CONTINUE to run the report.
Press EXIT to close the window and return to the previous menu.
