The HEARING SCREENER RESULTS REPORT is a tool for clinics who are utilizing our Listo Screener Application. The HEARING SCREENER RESULTS REPORT offers data on Leads imported into Manage from the Listo Screener App and their hearing results.
The screen prompts are:
SELECT BY - Select to run this report by Location or by Region (Accounting or Report Region.)
REGION - If running the Appointment Booking Report by region, select which Accounting or Reporting Region for which to run the report.
LOCATION - To run the report for a specific location, select the location from the drop-down list. Select "<All>" to the report for all locations. Users can also select to run for select locations by choosing "<Select>" from the drop down list to be presented with a selection window of locations to include in the report. Note that locations displayed are based on the scheduler location permissions of the user signed in.
STARTING DATE - Enter the starting date for the report.
ENDING DATE - Enter the ending date for the report.
HEARING SCREENER RESULT - To run the report for a specific screener result, select the result from the drop-down list. Select "<All>" to run the report for all results. Users can also select to run for select results by choosing "<Select>" from the drop down list to be presented with a selection window of results to include in the report.
TYPE - Select to run this report on PATIENTS, LEADS or BOTH patients and leads.
REPORT TYPE - Select to run this report in either SUMMARY or DETAILED format.
Click CONTINUE to run the report with the selected criteria to Excel.
Click EXIT to close the window.
