Document Comments is where companies can manage which disclaimers or messages will appear on the various types of documents. The INVOICE DISCLAIMER and entered below will appear on either INVOICES, FAST-TRACK INVOICES or HSP CLAIM Documents (Australia Only). The MARKETING COMMENT will appear on as a general message on any sales document.
The screen prompts are:
TYPE - From the drop down list, select which Disclaimer you wish to add or edit.
SUPPRESS - Checking this box will indicate that you do NOT want this section or content to appear on your document.
The available documents are:
INVOICE DISCLAIMER - Content entered here will appear on all invoices.
QUOTE DISCLAIMER - Content entered here will appear on all quotes.
MARKETING DISCLAIMER - Content entered here will appear on both invoices and quotes.
The following options appear only for Australian clinics:
HSP DISCLAIMER - Content entered here will appear on the HSP Client Invoice.
HSP QUOTE DISCLAIMER - Content entered here will appear on the HSP Client Quote.
HSP MAINTENANCE TERMS - Content entered here will appear on the HSP Maintenance Agreement.
HSP MAINTENANCE DISCLAIMER - Content entered here will appear on the HSP Maintenance Agreement.
HSP MAINTENANCE TERMS DVA - Content entered here will appear on the HSP Maintenance Agreement (only if your patient has been flagged as DVA.)
HSP MAINTENANCE DISCLAIMER DVA - Content entered here will appear on the HSP Maintenance Agreement (only if your patient has been flagged as DVA.)
HSP DEVICE QUOTE DISCLAIMER - Content entered here will appear on the HSP Device Quote.
HSP DEVICE QUOTE RETURNS POLICY - Content entered here will appear on the HSP Device Quote.
HSP DEVICE QUOTE WARRANTY - Content entered here will appear on the HSP Device Invoice or Quote.
HSP DEVICE QUOTE MAINTENANCE & REPAIRS - Content entered here will appear on the HSP Device Quote.
HSP DEVICE QUOTE INSURANCE - Content entered here will appear on the HSP Device Quote.
HSP DEVICE QUOTE DISCLOSURE STATEMENT - Content entered here will appear on the HSP Device Quote.
HSP DEVICE QUOTE CLIENT CERTIFICATION - Content entered here will appear on the HSP Device Quote.
HSP DEVICE QUOTE ELIGIBLE DVA CLIENTS - Content entered here will appear on the HSP Device Quote (only if your patient has been flagged as DVA.)
** Note: If no text is entered in the Australian HSP options above, the standard HSP content will print on each HSP document.
Use the text field to enter the disclaimer verbiage. It is advisable to do a test print of the various documents such as INVOICE or QUOTE to ensure the dynamic content it will fit, as it may push the document to a second page.
When finished, press SAVE/EXIT.
