Reasons that you may not be able to log into Manage:

Has your user id and password been created? If not sure, please confirm with your Manage Administrator.

The USER NAME and PASSWORD input fields are caps sensitive.

Are you already logged in on another computer? User id's may only be logged into one PC at a time.

If your clinic hosts it's own server for Manage, is that server ON and the network working?

If your clinic subscribes to our hosted solution, is our internet working?

Are there no software license's available? If not, then a message will appear letting the user know that there are no available license's and the user cannot log in. This means the maximum allotted users are already logged into the software. If you suspect not all users allotted users are actually logged into the software, please contact Auditdata Support as one of your license's may be in use by a hung session.
