Cancellation Reasons can be configured and recorded on canceled appointments. Users can then see the Cancellation Reason on the Patient's Appointment History information as well as see this information on the APPOINTMENT BOOKING REPORT.
Use the ADD button to add a new CANCELLATION REASON or CHANGE to edit an existing one.
The screen prompts are:
CANCELLATION REASON - Enter the description of the Cancellation Reason.
INACTIVE - Check this box to make this CANCELLATION REASON inactive and to make it no longer selectable on a recurring appointment in the future.
To delete an existing CANCELLATION REASON, highlight the reason and press DELETE.
Click SAVE to commit your changes.
Click EXIT to leave the screen and return to the previous window.
