The YEARLY PATIENT REVENUE REPORT prints the total revenue for each patient in your database for the previous five years. This is useful to determine how many of your patients provide you with repeat business.
The screen prompts are:
ALL LOCATIONS - When this box is checked, “ALL LOCATIONS” will display. Individual locations cannot be selected when this is checked. (Location permissions are based on Application User set up.)
LOCATION - When this box is checked, “ALL LOCATIONS” will display. Individual locations cannot be selected when this is checked. (Location permissions are based on Application User set up.)
MINIMUM YEARS OF ACTIVITY REQUIRED - Enter a value between 1 and 5 years.
REPORT OPTIONS - Select whether to print to PDF or Excel. (Note when printing to PDF you can only see a maximum of 5 years of data, and when exporting to Excel you can see a maximum of 10 years of data.)
Click CONTINUE to run the report using the selected criteria.
Click EXIT to close the window.
