Detailed Revenue Report

The DETAILED REVENUE REPORT BY ACCOUNT option lists all invoices for each account by locations within each clinic, with subtotals for each. This is useful as a complete revenue report for the selected date range.

 

The screen prompts are:

 

ALL REGIONS - When this box is checked, “ALL REGIONS” will display. Individual regions cannot be selected when this is checked. (If your user id is not set up with multi-region access, this field will be disabled).

REGION CODE - From the drop-down list, select the region for which you wish to run the report. (If your user id is not set up with multi-region access, this field will be disabled).

ALL LOCATIONS - When this box is checked, “ALL LOCATIONS” will display. Individual location cannot be selected when this is checked. (Location permissions are based on Application User set up.)

LOCATION - From the drop-down list, select the location for which you wish to run the report. (Location permissions are based on Application User set up.)

FROM ACCOUNT NUMBER - Enter a starting account number for the record selection. Click the search button button to search for a specific account. Leave this field blank to search from the beginning of the account file.

TO ACCOUNT NUMBER - Enter an ending account number for the record selection. Click the search button button to search for a specific account. Leave this field blank to search to the end of the account file.

STARTING DATE - Enter the starting date for this report.

ENDING DATE - Enter the ending date for this report.

 

Click CONTINUE to run the report using the selected criteria.

Click EXIT to close the window.
