Update Data

Manage supports updating bulk data, however this function needs to be performed by a Support Department Representative. Please contact the Auditdata support department to discuss your data goals and requirements.

 

An Auditdata Support Rep will complete a full data backup prior to completing any Update to your Data and ensure the updated data format is correct. The UPDATE DATA tool was created to allow users to edit specific information on a wide range of patients at the same time. (This is a useful tool if a Specialist has retired and all of his/her clients need to be updated with a new specialist, for example).

 

 

To update the following data:

 

PATIENT STATUS - An update that is designed to update a patient to a new status.

PATIENT NOTE - An update that will update the main screen note on patient files.

PATIENT SPECIALIST - An update that will edit a Specialist on patient files.

PATIENT LOCATION - An update that will edit the location on patient files.

PATIENT ADDRESS - An update that will edit patient addresses on patient files.

PATIENT PHONE - An update that will edit patient phone numbers on patient files.

PATIENT CLIENT STATUS - An update that will edit patient client status. (New Zealand clients only.)

RECALL COMPLETION - An update that will edit patient recalls.

APPOINTMENT TRANSFERS - An update that will edit patient appointment details.
