Simply Hearing Mobile App

Android and iOS device users can download the Simply Hearing Mobile app from Google Play or the iTunes Store to access the appointment scheduler from their mobile device.

 

Settings for the server hosting Manage may need to be configured for use with the Simply Hearing MOBILE APP.  Port 8082 on the network router must be open and forwarded to the same port (8082) on the server.

 

The external IP address of the server hosting Manage is also needed.  Users given MOBILE DEVICE ACCESS will need to download the free Simply Hearing Mobile app from the iTunes Store (for iPhone) or Google Play (for Android).  Then within the app on their device, users that are set up with Mobile Device Access will need to select either protocol HTTP or HTTPS (if a security certificate has been purchased,) the Server Details (URL for mobile access provided by Simply Hearing Software Inc.) and their User ID and Password (set up within Application Users. This mobile User Id and Password will be entered in the mobile app (shown below.)

 

Users will be then presented with a choice of specialists' schedules to view, based on their specialist and location permissions. Users can click on any date in the calendar and scroll through the appointments scheduled for that day. Clicking on an appointment will show more details regarding the appointment such as appointment details and the client's phone number. Users can be granted further permissions to ADD and/or EDIT appointments from their mobile app as well.
