Price Cost Level Codes are optional. They allow users to assign different costs to the same product, service or hearing aid. When creating an invoice or quotation, users will have the ability to select a specific cost level. The cost for that code will flow through accounting feeds.
To ADD a new Price Cost Level Code, click ADD. Edit or view an existing Price Cost Level Codes by clicking CHANGE.
The screen prompts are:
CODE - Enter the code assigned to this cost level list. Use up to five letter or number characters.
DESCRIPTION - Describe this cost level code. Use up to 30 characters.
Click SAVE to store changes. Click EXIT to close the window.
