Print Receiving Labels

Receiving Labels can be printed for any serial number in stock for any product that belongs to a PRODUCT CATEGORY that has been flagged to print receiving labels. A receiving label includes product number and description, serial number, date received, the manufacturer as well as the bar codes for product and serial numbers.

 

The screen prompts are:

 

ALL LOCATIONS - Click ALL LOCATIONS  to run Receiving Labels for serial numbers across all locations.  (The printing of the Receiving Labels will respect the user location permissions.)

 

LOCATION - Choose a single location for which to run the Receiving Labels. (The printing of the Receiving Labels will respect the user location permissions.)

 

ALL PRODUCTS - Click ALL PRODUCTS  to run Receiving Labels for all products. (Note that only products belonging to product categories flagged as being able to print Receiving Labels will apply.)

 

PRODUCT NUMBER - Enter a specific product number for which to run Receiving Labels. (Only products belonging to product categories flagged as being able to print Receiving Labels will apply.)

 

ALL CATEGORIES - Click ALL CATEGORIES to run the Receiving Labels for all categories. (Note only categories flagged as being able to print Receiving Labels will apply.)

 

CATEGORY - Enter a specific category for which to run the Receiving Labels. (Only categories flagged as being able to print Receiving Labels will apply.)

 

Next press CONTINUE to see your selection based on the criteria.

 

A window opens showing the products and serial numbers that meet the previously entered search criteria.

 

 

 

 

To remove any serial numbers from the list of Receiving Labels, highlight the individual line and press DELETE.

 

To start the Receiving Label print job, press PRINT.

 

To cancel the print job, press CANCEL.
