Export Accounts Receivable

The EXPORT ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE function allows users to export accounts receivable detailed transactions to Microsoft Excel for further use and analysis.

The screen prompts are:

 

EXPORT ALL ACCOUNTS - When this option is checked, the description "ALL ACCOUNTS" will display. Individual accounts can not be selected when this is checked.

ACCOUNT - To export transactions from a specific account only, enter the account number for the record selection. Click the search button button to search for a specific patient or third party.

STARTING DATE - Enter a starting date for the record selection.

ENDING DATE - Enter an ending date for the record selection.

EXPORTING OUTSTANDING ITEMS ONLY - When this box is checked, only the unpaid transactions will be exported. If this box is unchecked, all transactions will be exported regardless of whether or not they have been paid.

Click the CONTINUE icon to start the export procedure.

Click the EXIT icon to close the window.
