If Date Range Control has been set up, then this Date Range Roll-Over option will roll over the date range to the next period. This option allows users to roll over the date ranges for all programs at the same time when reaching month end. This is faster than changing each program individually.
The TO and FROM dates cannot be altered here. If the TO and FROM dates are not correct, then return to the DATE RANGE CONTROL menu option and correct the TO and FROM dates there. Then the next time the roll over needs to happen, the dates should populate in the Date Range Roll-Over options.
To roll over the dates to those shown here, ensure each check box is checked for ROLL OVER and press CONTINUE. This will roll over the dates. To cancel activity on this screen, click CANCEL.
Press EXIT to close the window.
