Manage OMS supports Telehealth, a digital meeting module that allows Specialists and Patient's to meet online to have virtual appointments. If you are interested in this Telehealth module, please contact your Auditdata representative.
Once enabled, any appointment for a patient or lead that has an email or mobile phone number can be configured as a Telehealth digital meeting. The Telehealth module leverages the Patient Notifications functionality to configure Telehealth messages that will inform patient's of their upcoming Telehealth appointments.
Then, when it is time for the Specialist to start their Telehealth digital meeting, the Specialist can either access the APPOINTMENT SCHEDULER and hit the JOIN NOW option or have a direct SMS or Email sent to the Specialist containing the meeting details. After clicking JOIN NOW, the Specialist will be presented a online web tool in a browser that will launch the digital meeting tool that will engage the Specialist's web camera and microphone within the PC/Laptop/Tablet/Mobile phone they are working on. The patient or lead will access their side of the Telehealth digital meeting via a URL they would have received via either a SMS or Email patient notification. The patient or lead can choose to access this URL via their PC/Laptop/Tablet/Mobile phone as needed in order to begin their digital meeting.
