The REPAIR INQUIRY determines how many repairs were completed in a selected date range.
The screen prompts are:
ALL LOCATIONS - When this box is checked, “ALL LOCATIONS” will display. Individual locations cannot be selected when this is checked. (If your user id has been set up to NOT prompt for location, this field will be disabled).
LOCATION - From the drop-down list, select the location for which you wish to run the inquiry. (If your user id as been set up to NOT prompt for location, this field will be disabled).
ALL PATIENTS - If ALL PATIENTS is selected, the repair inquiry will show all patient results.
PATIENT - This inquiry can be run on one patient, either by typing the patient number or by using the search tool to find the patient.
PAST DUE ONLY - Checking this field will only show repairs which have a due date that has passed.
OPEN ONLY - When this box is checked, only those repairs that have not been settled with a manufacturer will display. When this box is unchecked, all repairs within the specific date range will display regardless of their status with the manufacturer.
STARTING DATE - Enter a starting date for the record selection.
ENDING DATE - Enter an ending date for the record selection.
Click CONTINUE to run the inquiry with the selected criteria.
The record selection will display as follows:
REPAIR - The repair number will display. (Click the … button to view the details of the repair)
PATIENT - The patient number associated to the repair will display.
NAME - The full patient name will display.
SENT TO - The name of the manufacturer (to whom the repair was sent) will display.
CLOSED - If this box is checked, the repair is closed or completed.
Click CANCEL to start another search.
Click CRITERIA to review the selection criteria.
Click EXIT to close the window.
