Update existing manufacturers or add new ones in the MAINTAIN PRODUCT MANUFACTURERS menu options. Manufacturer information is helpful for product association and allows various reporting by manufacturer options.
To ADD new manufacturers, click ADD.
To VIEW or EDIT an existing manufacturer, click CHANGE and then select the manufacturer from the drop-down list. To delete a manufacturer, click DELETE.
The screen prompts are:
MANUFACTURER - Enter the name of the manufacturer in this field. This field allows 30 characters and has to be unique.
ADDRESS LINE 1/2/3 - Enter the manufacturer's address. Use lines 2 or 3 if more space is required.
CITY - Enter the manufacturer's city.
PROV/ STATE - Enter the manufacturer's province or state.
PHONE NUMBER - Enter the manufacturer's main telephone number.
FAX NUMBER - Enter the manufacturer's main fax number.
CONTACTS - Enter up to four contacts for each manufacturer. Enter the Contact Name, Contact Phone and Ext.
Click SAVE to store changes. Click EXIT to close the window.
