In order to print some documents, reports and labels from the Manage browser based version, the POP UP BLOCKER must be turned OFF. An ADOBE READER product will need to be installed on your PC. Manage generates a pop-up PDF for each print request, allowing the user to either close the PDF or direct the PDF to print (to either the default windows printer or any selected printer).
The example below is in Firefox.
Click on the FIREFOX menu at the top left of the browser. Then select OPTIONS and then OPTIONS again.
Be sure that "BLOCK POP-UP WINDOWS" is unchecked so that Manage can "Pop-Up" an Adobe PDF window for print jobs. Alternatively, check "BLOCK POP-UP WINDOWS", and instead select the Manage URL as a safe "pop-up" site under the "EXCEPTIONS" button. When finished, press OK to save changes.
