The NOAH Specialist X-Reference screen is designed to match the NOAH Specialist's ID's in NOAH to the matching Specialist Name within Manage. Just as the patients need to have a link between them, so do the specialists. NOAH Specialist X-Reference allows the user to create a link between the NOAH log in code and the Manage Specialist. If this link is not created, Manage will not be able to import the audiogram.
Click ADD and enter the ID of a specialist within NOAH (usually a 3 digit ID in uppercase letters). If everyone that uses NOAH logs in as the default (ABC), it is recommended that you create a specialist in Manage named “Created in NOAH”.
Next, use the drop-down Specialist list to link the NOAH Specialist to the correct Manage Specialist.
Add a line for each required NOAH specialist.
Use CHANGE to edit the Specialist Name to each NOAH Specialist.
Once a NOAH Specialist is created here, it cannot be edited and instead must be deleted using DELETE and then re-added.
When finished adding the NOAH Specialist ID's and matching them to the correct Manage Specialist, press SAVE to store changes.
Click EXIT to close the window.
