Enter your Clinics available IDD Qualifier Codes that can be chosen on a HCFA claim.
Click ADD to add a new IDD Qualifier Code. Enter the Code and Description associated to that code.
To edit an existing code, click CHANGE.
To delete an existing code, click DELETE.
To cancel or abort any changes, click CANCEL.
Click SAVE to store changes. Click EXIT to close the window and return to the previous screen.
