Audiogram Note Templates can be created in order to save time when adding an audiogram note to a patient file. To add a new Audiogram Note Template, click the ADD icon.
The MAINTAIN NOTE TEMPLATE window opens, and the screen prompts are:
DESCRIPTION - Enter a description for this Audiogram Note Template.
CREATED BY - The "Created By" user will be captured automatically based on the log in used.
Enter the static content of the Audiogram Note Template. This is the content that will appear when selecting this template within PATIENT INFORMATION in the Audiogram function.
Data tags are available to add to the Audiogram Note Template by using the SELECT TAG button. A list populated with all available data tags appears. To select to add a data tag to your Audiogram Note Template, highlight the data tag and press OK.
Click the CONTINUE button to save your Audiogram Note Template.
To edit existing Audiogram Note Templates, highlight the Audiogram Note Template and press SELECT or double click on the Audiogram Note Template you wish to edit.
To delete an existing Audiogram Note Template, highlight the Audiogram Note Template and press SELECT or double click on the Audiogram Note Template you wish to delete. When the contents of the Audiogram Note Template are open, click the DELETE button.
